Your first visit, step by step
We listen
What bothers you, since when, what has been done before and what you hope to achieve. Unhurried, with no proposal on the table yet.
We assess
Examination of the face or the whole area, medical history and medication. This is where contraindications come out.
We propose
A plan with the product, number of sessions, timings, expected discomfort, review appointments and cost. In writing if you prefer.
You decide
We do not treat on the same day by default. You can go away and think about it: the proposal still stands when you come back.
What we do not do
- We do not guarantee results. No medical treatment can do that honestly.
- We do not sell packages at the first consultation before an assessment has been made.
- We do not treat minors for purely cosmetic indications.
- We do not publish patient photographs without written consent.
